Kahri, a proud recent summer graduate, was just 22 years old—with a bright future and endless possibilities ahead of her. Her life was tragically taken far too soon. 💚

Our thoughts and prayers are with the families, loved ones and friends of Jayden Flemming and Ronnie Burns. Both were killed in a car crash by a drunk driver while attending the Texas Greek Picnic in Houston, Texas.

That driver is facing murder charges.

Jayden was a first generation college graduate (B.S. in accounting) who was just recently accepted into a Global Business Development master's program at Kempten University of Applied Sciences in Germany.

Ronnie was a 24' graduate with a B.S in computer science and on his way to becoming an engineer. Both were members of the Alpha Xi Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.

Both of these young men were excited abiut their future, their life and had so much more of it to live until it was taken away by another's mistake.

Let's take away two lessons from this tragedy. 1. PLEASE DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE!
2. Let's stop taking our lives for granted. Tomorrow is not promised, nor is tonight.
Each day is a gift from On High, a new day to wake up is a new day to be grateful for.
