And they're praised for it and the women are looked down upon for it. But I feel like it's good (to do) because once you realize you're confident and good at it, then you're even better at what you do.

About Me

Bisa Peterson is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Microtron Inc. Microtron Inc is a smart technology company, that specializes in the manufacturing of biocompatible life-style wear, energy conservation technology, printed electronics, and smart accessories. She has invented over 56 concepts to date. She is also the founder of the new Inerió brand focusing on IoT enabled fashion technology. Her experiences as a NASA intern and physics student developing simulations, designing parts on AutoCAD, and designing defense related technology. Inspired her to begin a product design and electronics company Microtron-3D LLC in late 2015. She applied her strengths to product development, 3D printing, and manufacturing. She feels the future of technology is through the use of 3D Printed materials, Nanotechnology, IOT, and Augmented systems. Bisa is a natural inventor, and she understands the mechanics of developing a product and visualizing the design process. She has skills in C++ coding, Linux, Microsoft Office, simulation design, 3D modeling, developing virtual trace systems, and remote sensing technology. She developed a biological recognition software for a research company HQ in Delaware. She has five years’ experience with NASA Solar, four years’ experience designing defense technology for strategic platforms. Bisa is very diverse and fluent in multiple languages, her belief in diversity reflects in her team. Bisa is an excellent researcher versed in data processing, satellite operation, and metal sintering. Bisa co-developed translation codes for the anti-prime simulator, for the italian air force in 2010. She translated data for the new smart home device (Mybees) in Naples, Italy. She developed the remote recognition trace system in 2012 and created a sonic tranquilizer in 2014. Bisa is a national honor student, ambassador, and a member of WISE. Bisa pledged to International Order of the Rainbow girls in the fall of 2012 and quantum physics of america. She has multiple awards and certificates for her ability to invent, program, and test concepts. Bisa attended USM and was chosen to be a part of the master’s program at the University of Southern Mississippi. She was offered to fellowship with BFDA/Pratt Institute in 2016 and she is a candidate for Start-UP NY. Upon January 2017, Bisa has joined up with Smart Yotta based in Dubai. Brand Owner of House of Inerió and Strategic partner of Roclok-3D, Roboze, EARP, OCELLA, and Vono Italian Flair. She is currently poised to launch her new brand in Paris, France and Microtron in Dubai 2018.
