▪️Our character performers and other services are not limited to children's parties! Tailgating, corporate events, church groups, singing telegrams - WE DO IT ALL! We encourage you to contact us with any meet & greet, snack cart, or face-painting questions you may have. ▪️We require 50% of the total to be collected at the time of booking to secure your date. Paypal/CashApp/Venmo. The remaining balance and any additional fees such as travel or add-on services must be collected at the time of arrival, either Cash or PayPal/CashApp/Venmo. Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations will result in a fee of $75. This ensures our time and effort put into preparing for your event does not get wasted. ▪️Outdoor venues are always welcome! However, if you are planning an outdoor party please have a backup plan and/or covered area near by. In order to keep our costumes in the best condition, our performers cannot perform in inclement weather. ▪️Well-behaved children make it easier for our performers to entertain! It is the responsibility of the host/hostess to monitor and take charge of any children who are not behaving. If a child/adult at your party exhibits inappropriate, abusive or rude behavior, our entertainer can choose to leave with or without notice. ▪️All character visits must begin at the scheduled time agreed to by the client at the time of the booking. Our performers are not required to wait for guests to arrive so please keep this in mind when planning your event. Late guests are welcome to join in upon arrival! ▪️We must confirm with each client that they understand that we are in no way affiliated with Disney, Marvel, Sony Pictures, Viacom, Nickelodeon or other trademarked companies. Please note that it is not our intention to violate any copyright laws. We achieve this by using uniquely designed costumes and/or names.
