We're excited to host Healing Circles with Dr. Ghia Kelly on Thursday, May 30th, 2024 at United Partners for Human Services from 2-3pm!

The UPHS Healing Circle will be designed to support the emotional health of members and give them a safe space to process their thoughts and feelings related to staffing and structural changes within their organizations and any other relevant challenges. Curating such space is an important aspect of staff well-being that many organizations don’t prioritize. Structural changes, funding limitations, and staff turnover within an organization can leave staff with feelings of anger, loss, and grief that need to be expressed, acknowledged, and validated. The healing circle allows space for participants to encourage one another, be supported, express their feelings openly and freely, and create community.
