What a great way to kick off Homecoming Week! I had the pleasure of designing two programs for two official FAMU Homecoming Week events. Both events featured some amazing well known guests being Aventer Gray, Vincent Bohanan, Carlton Ellen & Michael Cork! It’s always an honor to get a call from FAMU. The shop has been busy this month! This month officially marks one year in the graphic design business!! Time literally flew by. I started with not a single ounce of knowledge.. didn’t take a course.. just had a vision & God did the rest. I was doing flyers for free for people so I can get the practice and experience. (thanks Delton & Gerrod y’all accepted my work from day 1 & helped me grow!!) I am amazed at the growth from my very first flyer 🙈 to what I am creating today. From flyers to funeral programs, banners, fans, book covers etc.. I’m thankful even honored for every client that has trusted myself through Gee Shop Creations to create something for them. I’ve accomplished soooo much just within this first year. I’ve had some MAJOR clients … it takes some people years to reach some of the types of clientele I’ve had. And that’s not to brag, but to show how faithful God is!!
