Today is National Concussion Awareness Day and holy cannoli am I aware. I suffered my second concussion within a year this July. The recovery progress has been slow and frustrating for me. It has prevented my from joining you on air and from other activities I love. If you hit your noggin, monitor yourself closely as symptoms sometimes do not present until days later. Be careful, friends! 🤕

Happy National Radio Day! I had hoped to be able to celebrate the day on-air, but my concussion recovery is taking longer than I had hoped. 🤕 Hats off to my friends in the biz and keep making radio something people look forward to! 🤩

How many of you were glued to the TV watching Beverly Hills 90210 to see Brenda and Dylan? I know I was! I enjoyed her role as Prue Halliwell in Charmed too. RIP …. gone too soon 😢

Wow! News of Dr. Ruth Westheimer and Richard Simmons’ deaths has been released today. Dr. Ruth was 96 and Richard Simmons was 76. He died one day after his birthday. RIP 😢

Filling in for Ed Smith on Legends 102.7 and I gotta tell you, I am *so* happy to report traffic for Rochester! Sometimes it gets hectic in the traffic center, but wow! Kudos to the traffic reporters in the NYC/NJ area reporting the incidents and delays.
