HCPD is working to identify the individual in this photo related to an ongoing investigation into an incident that occurred Nov. 9, 2024, at the Southbay Lakes community basketball courts in the Surfside Beach portion of unincorporated of Horry County.

Anyone with information about the individual pictured is asked to call the tipline at 843-915-8477.
