The City of Globe Fire Department will be offering a shuttle service from the Food Truck Round-up on Sycamore and Broad St. to Art Row, which will be taking place in the KINO Floors and Interiors parking lot off Broad St.

The Southwest Heli Rodeo is happening this week: Friday, November 11th and Saturday, November 12th. The Public is welcome to come and watch the festivities for FREE!
Come Watch these fantastic Radio Control Helicopters flying around the Superior Arizona Municipal Airport. Did we mention the breathtaking Picket Post Mountain Backdrop!

If you are coming to watch: Bring your own chairs and spectators are required to stay out of the barricaded and caution taped areas. The public is required to stay away from the Flight Line.
When does the fun start?

Friday morning come watch the demos flying from 11 am to 1 pm. Friday night flying will be starting around 7 pm.

Saturday morning demo flying is happening 11 am to 1 pm. Then Saturday around 3 pm there will be an open raffle (open to everyone) followed by our gasser raffle. Saturday Evening 5 pm there is pilot dinner (anyone welcome/cost is $16.00/brisket dinner provided by Ma's kitchen vendor). Saturday night flying will start around 7 pm and go on to 9/10 pm.

This event is put on by the Superstition Radio Control Helicopter Society and The Town of Superior.

Okay, I’ll say more! This Second Friday we are hosting a Roll Out, but no need for skates to participate! If you want to roll with the skaters, just bring some wheels! If you don’t have wheels, stop by the shop for snacks, refreshments, and art, just like every Second Friday!

We have A LOT going on this Second Friday, with our Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, the Roll Out, and a gallery opening featuring artist ! You won’t want to miss this one with all its fun and free activities.
