Good morning, all! At the request of our House Committe chairman, Richard Clayton, I will be playing music for you this evening in the Elks Lodge #242 lounge during the oyster roast. The times will be approximately 7:30-ish to around 10 PM. So, if you don't intend to go to the lodge room to experience the Wildflower Station Band, hang out with me in the lounge. Good tunes will be headed your way!

Alright, you crazy kids! Friday night is going to be a fantastic night at Charleston Elks Lodge # 242! To start the night off, there will be an awesome steak dinner served up for your dining pleasure. As everyone knows very well, steak is not exactly the cheapest food at the supermarket, but your cost Friday evening is only $20 per plate and cooked to your preference! I promise you it will be a wonderful dinner prepared by our volunteer kitchen crew.
At 7:30 PM the fun really begins, with music and dancing until 11:30. I will be in the Musical Hot Seat, playing whatever you desire. You know me well enough to know that I love taking requests, because I want to play what YOU want to hear! Get ready to experience another Friday night of hot music, hot dancing, and incredible cool beverages served up by the best bar staff in Charleston! This will be a REAL Party, so be there early and plan to stay late! FRIDAY FUN IS ON ITS WAY! So saith me, DJ-T!

Good morning to you, my friends. Hopefully you've seen my prior post on this page about the Saturday Night Dance Party at the Charleston Elks Lodge on 1/18/25. The hours will be 7-11 PM in the lounge.
Last night someone asked me if this is going to be a line dance or country night. My answer is that it will be a musical "Anything Goes" night! I will play whatever y'all want to hear. I promise you I will play a WIDE variety of dance music, be it beach, rock-n-roll, country, line dance, etc. You may hear some songs that you've never heard before or at least haven't heard in a long time. As I've always said and tried to do, I want to play what YOU want to hear and dance to. This is going to be a fun night, so bring your friends, your dancing shoes, your requests, and your party atmosphere. I'll see you there!

Good morning, EVERYBODY!! Today is Friday, and you know that means it is DANCE PARTY time at Elks Lodge 242 TONIGHT! This will be the last Friday night party until January 3 due to the Lodge closing for Christmas. SO, let's all get together and have some big-time Friday night fun, while celebrating Christmas with friends, fellowship, and fun. There will be a lot of hot music to go with those cold drinks served up by the BEST BAR STAFF IN TOWN! As always, I'll play what you want to hear. Happy Monday evening, my peeps! Christmas is fast approaching, and this coming Friday evening, December 20, will be the date of the last Friday Night Dance Party at Elks Lodge 242 for 2024! That makes it the OFFICIAL Christmas Dance party for this year! I am stoked about being your DJ for this event! I already have music lined up for you that I promise will get you out of your seats and on your feets! I've got all your favorites lined up and some great Christmas Dance music to boot. Let's have a great big swinging Holiday Party at the Lodge on Friday. We'll Rock Around the Christmas Tree, watch Rudolph Run, and do the Jingle Bell Rock all night long! My friends, last night at Lodge 242 was absolutely, without a doubt, a Hallowwen Party of epic proportions! Ya'll were just the Greatest Audience! I had a real blast spinning tunes for you. YOU kept the floor hot and full all night long. And the costumes...WOW! The costumes were outstanding. There was so much variety, so much detail, and so much passion and thought put into those costumes. You out did yourselves! Thanks so much for a great night and for your support! And if you enjoyed the dinner food, please give a shout out to the kitchen committee. Until next time...

HAPPY FRIDAY, EVERYONE!! Tonight is THE night! Our annual Halloween Costume Party kicks off tonight in the lounge at 7:30 PM! Once again, I will be the man in the Magical Music seat, and I will be spinning your favorite tunes, including several of those Halloween-appropriate classic numbers. Of course, I'll also play a lot of ripping party music, beach, s**g, country, and line dance music for your dancing pleasure. So put on your most frightful attire and come to the best Friday night party in town. The grill will be open for your dining pleasure with some outstanding food offerings, so get there early and plan to stay late! IT'S HALLOWEEN PARTY NIGHT AT CHARLESTON LODGE #242!!! There's going to be a lot of food, fun, festivities, frights, and fantastic friends! I'll see you there!

Here's a big THANK YOU to all of you who came to Country Music Night at Lodge 242 last night. Did we have fun or what? You guys kept the floor packed all night long! On top of that, we had the best shrimp in town on the dinner menu! I love it when a plan comes together! Thanks for being a great crowd and for making the event a success! Let's do it again soon!

Yesterday afternoon it was my distinct honor and pleasure to be the DJ for "Mr. Charlie" Passarello's 100th birthday celebration at Charleston Elks Lodge #242. Mr. Charlie is a genuine one-of-a-kind! He has that infectious smile and personality that exude warmth, respect, and love from the very first moment you meet him. He is a fixture at our lodge, serving on both the Bingo Committee and the Veterans Service Committee. He is THAT person whom we should all try to emulate. To you, Mr. Charlie, and to your family, I say a big THANK YOU for allowing me the honor of being part of your celebration!

Food will be available from the grill tonight at the lodge. I understand there will be chicken finger baskets, burger baskets, etc. for you dining pleasure.
