The Situation: Political Corruption of System Integrity;
Understanding life and relationships requires that one understands the construction of systems and how techniques, procedures and tactics must be mutually supporting to create effective systems. One faulty procedure can destroy the integrity of an entire system, much like one bad apple can ruin a barrel of apples, if it is not removed. I s
ee the misunderstanding of this principle to be the main failing of most solutions implemented to solve the world’s problems and those of individuals. We have different groups with different systems or agendas, if you will, who seek to force their solutions on the whole, regardless of the main system in place at a given time. America was founded as a Republic ruled by principles espoused in The unanimous Declaration and codified in the Constitution of the united States of America (capitalization per the original documents). The principles of Respect for individual life, liberty, and stewardship were enumerated in the Constitution with the Bill of Rights or first ten amendments. From this foundation of freedom to pursue one’s own happiness grew the free market system that allowed the Free Republic of the United States of America to achieve greatness and power in the world. This freedom inspired innovations and inventions that moved the world forward. It is not a perfect system because there is no such thing as a perfect system in this world. The reason it works is because it allows men to be free to achieve their own destiny and vision for themselves and their families. There is also the opportunity to fail. There is the need to help those who suffer, for whatever reason. There are many groups who want to repair the imperfections of life and the American system with their agenda driven solutions. The problem arises when their solution is a technique, procedure, or tactic that does not work in the American system and produces distorted results. This is further complicated when the different groups fight amongst themselves over what caused the failure of the new solution. It gets even worse when the solution is a compromised hodgepodge of unworkable techniques and procedures. It becomes like a Gordian knot that can only be untied by cutting it through. We have several groups that want to gain power and implement their agenda completely. They want to impose their brand of morality on the whole. This very concept denies the principles of freedom this Republic was founded on. We are a diverse nation and that very diversity requires that we acknowledge the right of individuals to be different and follow their own path to happiness or to hell. The only requirement is that all of us respect the rights of others to do so.
