Ingredients that could be triggering your breakouts:
Chlorella, in some cases, may contribute to acne breakouts. Here are the main reasons:
🌟Detoxification Reaction: Chlorella is known for its detoxifying properties, particularly for removing heavy metals and toxins from the body. During this process, toxins might be temporarily expelled through the skin, leading to breakouts.
🌟(THYROID GALS!!) High Iodine Content: Like spirulina, chlorella contains iodine, which can trigger or worsen acne in individuals sensitive to iodine.
🌟(THYROID GALS II) Hormonal Impact: Chlorella can influence hormone levels, particularly if it affects the thyroid or adrenal glands, which can indirectly lead to hormonal acne.
🌟Digestive Issues: Poor digestion or gut imbalance caused by chlorella (e.g., bloating, constipation) can affect skin health, as gut health and clear skin are closely linked.

Spirulina can sometimes trigger or worsen acne breakouts. Here is why:
🖤Detox Reaction: Spirulina is known for its detoxifying properties, which can cause a temporary “healing crisis.” As the body expels toxins, they may be released through the skin, leading to breakouts.
🖤 (THYROID GALS) High Iodine Content: Spirulina contains iodine, and excessive iodine intake can overstimulate oil glands and clog pores, leading to acne. People with iodine sensitivity or thyroid issues may be more prone to this reaction.
🖤Digestive Issues: Spirulina can sometimes cause digestive disturbances if not well tolerated, leading to gut imbalances. Poor gut health is often linked to skin issues, including acne.
🖤Hormonal Influence: Spirulina can affect hormone levels in some individuals, which might trigger or worsen hormonal acne.

LAST ONE IN THE COMMENTS… an impo one found in a lot of beverages!
This is a game changer for makeup removal. If you feel that you still have stubborn makeup leftover on your toner pads even when double cleansing, you need to get some @glowoff.co puffs in your life asap. I use them during my second cleanse to really get stubborn eyeliner/mascara off but the coolest part is how clean they rinse! I’ve tried other puffs on Amazon but this one is so much softer.
A proper cleanse is the most important part of your skincare routine bc if you’re not removing all the bits of dirt/makeup, nothing is going to work properly.
You are welcome ☺️☺️.
