One of the funniest pieces I have ever done is "Bald Head Bill Bauldy" a half-hour radio play now a podcast about a hapless Army cook during the Seminole War who is kidnapped first by the Seminole, then by an alligator queen. Based on a story by William Gillmore Simms, it features antic performances by George Altman as Bald Head Bill and Ron Hale as the blustering Colonel determined to make his life miserable. I played an alligator. Just launched on Buzzsprout, it will be available on all podcast platforms starting this weekend.
