While I was away from social media this summer I was working as usual, but I also did some important international work! I went to Ghana, Africa to give back & provide much needed medical relief.
Having the time and support to take a trip like this was beyond anything I could have imagined. Many of my clients, friends, and family supported me in this journey & I can't stop talking about it. Having a small business network to rely on is an incredible feeling.

It can be hard to put down your work and spend time outside, with family, or doing a hobby. Consider working with an assistant so that you can free up your time to take care of yourself!
Working for myself allows me to organize my day the way I want it to look. I often spend time outside, take a nap if I can, and hit the gym (for myself or as the class instructor)!

Sometimes things don't go according to plan and you just have to learn to laugh about it and shake it off!
Everyday presents itself with a new challenge and sometimes the solution I come up with is a complete flop. I am learning that it is okay to make mistakes as long as you learn and grow from them!
Sometimes my 'office' looks like this and sometimes my office involves a desk with color coordinated sticky notes plastered all over the surrounding walls.
Everyday is different and that's what I love about running this small business!
Something that I am not a professional in is TAXES! This is why I outsource them to an accountant. I would waste so much time googling things, filling out forms, and calculating, just to end up doing it all wrong. I could do it myself, but do I want to waste my time and energy doing so? Nope.
This same thing applies with virtual assistants. I bet you could make your own website, design your social media content, or create an excel template if you watched a few tutorials, ran through trial and error, and spent a few hours practicing. Do you want to? Or would you rather give the task to someone who knows how, so that you can generate new leads and grow your company?
That's what I am here for! My whole job is to lighten your load and help you to use your time efficiently. Grow your business and focus on what matters to you by working with an assistant.
I love the interactions that I have with my clients! I enjoy getting to know them and working collaboratively with them. Getting feedback and working with regular communication is key for me to serve them best!
I am here to support YOUR business and that means doing things in a way that works for YOU! At the end of the day, it all comes down to how easy the system is for you to navigate.

I remember saying as a little kid, "someday when I am a successful business woman..." and now I wonder how that little girl would feel if she could see me now.
I'm obviously not where I want to be (I'm only 23!!), but I know that each day I work a little harder to get there!

Summer weather is here in PA! We have had a few days in the high 80s!
What this means for Gracefully Built, LLC., is that when I am not taking client calls or feverishly typing away on my computer, you can find me in my kayak on the water!
Taking time to move your body, rest your mind, and take care of yourself is important to running a small business and preventing burnout.
Behind the scenes I have so much support from my friends and family to help me run this little company!
From running to the post office, to giving me a ride, to making a meal for me after a long day, and so much more, this guy is always by my side.
