We raided scraps, lace bits, book pages, buttons, and even old jewelry pieces… and somehow a snowman appeared 🤪

Proof that creative magic lives in the junk drawer!

When you use farm-grown beets… THIS happens 😍 The color, the sweetness, the texture — nothing like store-bought! I didn’t even add potatoes inside today because the beets took over the pot. Potatoes are cooked on the side for whoever wants them ❤️

Soup is DELISH! Just like in Poland… where veggies actually taste like something.
These farm-grown beets made the whole pot naturally sweet and rich. Pure comfort. 🇵🇱❤️
