I slow cook the pork in the crock pot in a sweet/spicy broth and then add some fresh cucumber for crunch to finish.

Hiking the Nature Loop at Coper Falls State Park, near Ironwood (Mellen), Wisconsin

There are several footbridges that cross over the river, this is a quick video of one of the cascades.

It is a 1.7 mile loop, that takes about 2 hours. The path is nice and wide, well marked, there are tons of steps. We didnt count them all, but I would estimate 300-400 steps. Plenty of viewing platforms, very nice hike, well worth the trip.
