we need to speak on holding ourselves accountable! Stop waiting for others to pick a fight and bring up whats needed to speak on. In order to grow and mature, we must be aware! Guilty is not grey, meaning theres only two sides, and when youre guilty the black or white stains you. You must make peace with these! You have to accept when youre wrong. Otherwise, your ego drives front seat and you sit passenger your entire life. We dont do victimhood baby.

too many people claim they want to be happy everyday but forget, happiness is a verb. Just like love. You cant actively love yourself without doing things to make and keep you happy. last week, we talked about reintroducing yourself via rebirth & renewal. Those couldnt happen without living with integrity, because why would there be a need to reform? Integrity keeps us on track, or becomes a huge mirror to reflect whether we are living by our word or just flodging (lying). Lets take some time to reflect on what integrity means to us and how we reflect it in everyday life.

About the importance of dialogue. Specifically Inner Dialogue that you have with yourself. Thoughts are fleeting. They come and go. Dealing with trauma causes them to increase for so many reasons, usually emotional. Emotions are just energy in motion, meaning, they propel events and actions. Reacting on emotion limits your outcomes in important situations. Lets take a step back and analyze inner thoughts today. Write them down! Become personal with them. Express them through creative actions! Be a hippie🌺 lets shine in our own worlds, thats how youre noticed in other's 🫶🏾
