Quincy Jones passed on today. Among so many things, his work inspired me to embrace being a producer. Until I tried it I had no idea how much passion I had for helping others make their music instead of me just making my own. What I learned was that is it was a two way street; in many ways we all help produce each other. Goodbye, my brother. Thank you for being you.
