Bruce Robinson, owner of The Springville Dairy, is expanding his family operated ice cream business. Tri County Dairy, located at 12469 Olean Road (Suite 5) in Chaffee, will be opening on Feb. 14. Unlike their Springville location, Tri County Dairy offers the advantage of indoor seating for customers who don’t want to wait for good weather to enjoy some ice cream.

Springville Center for the Arts, a rural multi-arts center with theater, exhibit, workshop and concert programs, is enjoying vibrant new life following the completion of a significant reconstruction and renovation project partly funded through an Erie County Cultural Capital grant.
