🔥SMOKED SALSA RECIPE🔥
Ingredients:
- 5 tomatoes
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 2 Jalapeños
- 1 Red Onion
- 1/2 Cup of Cilantro
- Lime Juice
- Blazing Star Reaper Rub
- Schuchmann’s Seasoned Salt
Instructions:
1) Fire up your smoker at 225 with some Apple Wood
2) Cut your Tomatoes in halves
3) Cut your onion in half (You will only use 1/2 of the red onion)
4) Cut jalapeños in half (leave seeds in for a spicer salsa or take them out for a milder salsa)
5) Lay them on a warming rack or directly on your grate in your smoker.
6) Smoke for 90 minutes at 225
7) Peel the skin off the tomatoes (should come off with ease)
8.) Blend all ingredients together (5 tomatoes, 2 jalapeños, 2 garlic cloves, 1/2 red onion, 1/2 cup of cilantro)
9) Add seasoned salt to taste
10) Add lime juice
11) Final touch add some of Blazing Star Reaper Rub
