New blog post is up! After some deep reflection and time by myself, I decided to share the 24 lessons I've learned in 24 years. This was such a spiritual exercise & I highly recommend, if you haven't done so already, create your own list of lessons that you've learned in your years!

While reading, take away anything that you feel resonates with you. May be all of them, may be none of them. That's okay.
