Recording Studio offering Recording, Mixing, & Mastering for artists We offer recording services as well as mixing services & have published rates for both.

SnareBuzz Studios is looking to serve talented musicians & groups in the Raleigh/Durham Triangle area. Our studio offers both studio-based traditional recording as well as live location-based recording. We cater equally to solo artists, bands, and large groups (high school choruses/orchestras/bands). Because we want to help artists capture special moments from their best performance, our rates are

on a "per song" basis rather than by the hourly rates of most area studios. We offer access to very high end gear (Neumann microphones, Universal Audio Preamps) and engineering/production work of top notch quality at a fraction of the cost of the big boys in town. Additionally we offer duplication, mastering, and most any other service you need to bring your song ideas to a finished product that you can offer your fans & family. Pretty big changes to our setup here at SnareBuzz Studios! We've updated our Analog/Digital Conversion to Universal Audio's Apollo System & we've moved to mixing in-the-box. UA has really changed the game with preamp modeling and the ability to track to plugins with ability to commit or monitor the sounds. Can't wait to use these in our first session with the new setup tonight!

Establishing early mixes for Mike Vaughn's debut CD…really good music by a terrific musician and songwriter! Everything on the album except for drums is Mike…pretty amazing stuff. Looking forward to this CD release. Stay tuned for some sneak snipets!
