Our 18th volume of the International Journal of Servant-Leadership will be released soon. Please see our editors' introduction: May you experience grace through this volume of the International Journal of Servant-Leadership. Forgiveness, humility, listening, healing, and self-reflection were the themes; coaching, academic advising, campus crisis, and organizations provided the contexts. Reverent practices of servant-leadership remembered African culture, foreign-born leaders, migration, Martin Luther King Jr., and overcoming violence against women. Jesuit Worldwide Learning showed a deep sense of hunger for the health and well-being of all humanity. Greenleaf’s criticism of Gandhi did and will again challenge more people into the discussion of persuasion and coercion. Humble opinions, deep reflections, and inspiring wisdom gathered into this volume from the United Kingdom, Kenya, Italy, China, and the United States. After reading this volume, may you wrestle with this question: How can I love and heal the individual and the community with the nature of grace?
