What a great ceremony!! Met a lot of new friends and seen my nephew's Kendall And Spencer Little Owl as they sang for us. James Nason Roundstone And War Bear Made it through and I had one hiccup as my chest started pounding and my back cramped up. My pulse was 165 and I am glad a man and woman I met were retired nurses and helped me realize I am hypoglycemic. As I was given Sweet Pop, Gatorade, and a half a sugar wafer and I finished the Ceremony Strong. I can't wait til next year. I lost my pain pills I thought I brought and I don't know what happened so I suffered without them yet I pushed through and made It!!! Now to take our time heading home and hit up a hot spring on the way home. Had a rock truck Cracked the windshield so now We need to ask our friends out there for some donations to pay for it because we are needing the help.

So many are passing away too soon. I actually met her at a bar in LA on Sunset Strip. It was early 80s.

Damn I feel so blessed to wake up and be thankful after all I've been through and I'm alive and breathing today. Going to be offline for awhile after Thursday for Ceremony. I Will Be Thankful And Say Prayers For The World. More Importantly Is Unci Maka Or Nokomis Aki. 19 days til Tree Day and to release a lot prayers from all the funerals and prayers I've hung onto for 17 Years. One of the reasons I can't sleep is no fan(ceilingfansucks) and at night my room temperature is 87° from 8pm til around 3am. On the 1st I'm buying a big ass fan or a portable Air Conditioner for like $200.00 before I start walking the streets at night to stay cool.

I went to bed at 5am and woke up at 1230pm and am still wide awake at 1219am. Let's see if I go to sleep or just stay awake and go pray at 4am. I feel pretty beat. I didn't walk at all today but the push-ups and handstand push-ups got me sore like so bad I don't feel my back pain!!

247am. Wat duh hell is really happening.

Actually it's the shift in energy at a certain time that brings about that change and you just need to flow with it. It still freaks me out when it happens. 26 days now and my mind hears and my heart has an Incredible feeling. Especially after a day or two of no food but I still have to stay hydrated because of all of my medications.

Here I Am Again. 240am and now I will just stay up til 4am go pray and go back to bed.
I'm still only sleeping 2-3 hours and I'm up then go back to sleep for another 2-3 hours and be up at 7am. Sleeping meds do not work no more. Oh well.
Guess I Will Just Go Pray About It.
Just Think, In One More Day, Us Native Americans Will Be Considered United States Citizens Of Our Own Country On June 20th 1924 To June 20th 2024 For 100 Years.

Steroids Suck!!
I just have to remember only 4 more days and I should sleep good and hard. Oh Well I will Lay Here And Dream About Sleeping. Meh.

Just got the call from the Pulmonary Specialist and as soon as I get back from Sundance I have to go in and see him. I don't have lung cancer but they seen inflamed Bronchii And Air Sacs that are inflamed too. I wasn't supposed to see him til 5 days before my birthday but he wants to see me as soon as I get back. Kinda of worries me but I'm going to have to push that to back of my mind now. Like Oh Well.
Doing good just woke up after being up until 3am. 6 more days of Prednisone and I can rest for a minute. This 2-3 hours of sleep is bu****it!! Arrrggghhh!! Damn Steroids!!

February 16th I was 242 pounds!!! Still putting 2500 Carbs A Day Too. Walking has slacked off from around 9000 steps to 7400 to only 920 so far today. 205 with more muscle is the goal again.

One more week of Prednisone and I will be back to normal not all sweaty and jittery and not sleeping more then 3-4 hours at a time. Sheesh!!
