The Southeastern Music Awards for Country & Rock Genres will host an annual Music Awards Banquet. Th Supporting Local Bands and SC Venues that play LIVE MUSIC.

The Southeastern Music Awards is a real Corporate Sponsored Music Awards Banquet that will be held once a year starting in 2015. Each music genre wins by being voted in by the public of South Carolina.All bands MUST be a South Carolina Local Band. At the Music Awards Banquet, the winners of each genre will receive actual awards and prizes like studio recording time, guitars, cash prizes etc. More

details to come as Corporate Sponsors are added. This is NOT a Battle Of The Bands competition where the bands are expected to play for free at a club. Bands do not pay an entry fee etc. It's plain and simple, the winners are picked on their talent by the public vote. You add your band to the list, then it is up to the public who wins. There will be advertising in each part of Southeast for voting information, so needless to say, the more areas your band plays in, the better chance you will have on the votes from all areas around the Southeast.
