Conscious Media Relations is seeking a new Podcast/Radio Tour Coordinator. Do you know someone who would be ideal? Please pass this along!

We are seeking someone passionate about helping leaders get booked for the shows that help advance their business, their books or their mission. The Tour Coordinator must be highly detailed oriented, as this includes managing several spreadsheets of interview information--one for each client. The company sends a pitch to thousands of show hosts, and the coordinator is responsible for facilitating interviews with those who respond, and for soliciting hosts from selected proprietary lists to fill out or exceed a slate of 30 interviews or more over the course of 3 months. Coordinator is responsible for communicating with client and show hosts and reconfirming all interviews the week before, as well as making sure addresses of hosts are secured so books can be sent from the main office. Coordinator will receive a week of training prior to starting the job. Coordinator is contracted per Tour, and is not a salaried position. We must have a minimum six month commitment for the coordinator who seeks this job. We have had excellent coordinators who love the work and have stayed for years!
