Hey Utah Musicians and everyone worldwide!
This is for all artists!

Just for clarity, yes I own and operate Utah Music Radio and my wife and I own and operate Zepstone Arts Festival. We want to continue to build our community and expand our reach to the world!

So, here we go! Year 3 of Zepstone Arts and Music Festival is underway for 2025!
Get ready for something spectacular for all forms of art in Utah! We are so proud to showcase what Utah Arts have to offer locally as we invite artist and patrons from all around the world to be part of our festival!

1st. Film
We started as a film festival and have evolved into a all encompassing festival for the arts.

2nd. Music
We are including an all day music event at Gallivan Plaza for everyone to attend and will now have a separate awards ceremony dedicated to music.

3rd. Art
Artists from all around Utah and the world are invited to submit your pieces for consideration for our opening night Gala and awards show venues.

4th. Fashion
Fashion designers, HMUA's and models will take on this coming year's challenge to come up with the best themed fashion design for our opening nights gala. Once again, a cash prize will be offered, and the audience will pick the winner!

5th. Dance
We are so excited to include all forms of art and dance is one that showcases the incredible ways the body can speak its own language and that the body is a work of art. We will be showcasing dance during days 1 and 2 at Capitol Theatre.

6th. Panels
We are so excited to continue bridging the gap of industry professionals speaking to our community about their profession and helping those to become more interested in that particular field.

7th. Podcasts
This year we are so excited to introduce podcast listening sessions to our festival. It is a very unique way of getting to listen to some of the best podcasts being produced today! Also, we are adding a non-fiction podcast category in addition to fiction.

8th. Film Awards
A very special night celebrating filmmakers achievements with our awards show. We are so excited to keep our traditions going and supporting our community and artists abroad!

9th. Music Awards
I am persoanlly excited about this, because this is a dream come true for me. After 15 years on radio supprting our local music scene, I am proud to announce that I will be holding our very first music awards night! I couldnt be happier! It's about time our locals got some love! So get your music in! Let's get your music on my station; let's do an interview!

2025 is going to be a huge year for art in our state! Let's keep building and supporting one another!

Utah Music Radio and Zepstone Arts Festival are putting together an all day music concert at Gallivan Plaza Friday, September 12th, 2025.
Followed by a music awards show Sunday September 14th, 2025.

Tune in online at UtahMusicRadio.com or the original UtahMusicians.net to listen to 20 different channels solely dedicated to Utah's music scene!

For Utah Music Radio submissions send your music to our station at [email protected].

For the Zepstone International Arts Festival submit your music, (ie. single, album, music video or all of the above, there are many genres to choose) to

Winners of each quarter finals (there are 4 quarters per year) have the opportunity to play on stage at Gallivan Plaza . You must be a winner in one of the quarter rounds to be accepted, you must have a band (or solo artist) to be able to play on stage. You must be actively playing. (In other words don't just slap something together or come out of retirement at the last minute to do the show). There will be a best of show award given as well. The winner is based on audience choice. There will be a QR code up while your band is playing for people to vote for you!

There are early bird specials happening right now, so send in your music or music video!

As you know, my wife and I celebrated our 2nd annual Zepstone Arts Festival this year.

We incorporated Music, Film, Art, Fashion and Dance into this last year's festival and will continue to do so in the following years.

But, in 2025 for our 3rd Annual Arts Festival, I am doing something even bigger for musicians.

I'm excited to announce as part of the Zepstone Arts Festival (Now Zepstone International Festival of the Arts, aka ZIFA)

On Friday, September 12th 2025 we will be throwing an all day music festival at Gallivan Plaza in downtown Salt Lake City.

Before our festival only took music videos, BUT NOW you can submit your music videos AND your music.

September 9th begins the 2024 Zepstone Arts Festival!
This is a once a year festival that showcases local and national music, local, national and international films, free discussions with panelists in various industries in music and film and artists.

This year's award show will feature some pretty cool and exciting changes.

Get you pass for the free screening of plan B.

Come to the free panels at the city library and talk with industry professionals.

Get your tickets for some incredible movie blocks.

Then get your tickets for the Award show on Sept 14th at the Clubhouse on South Temple.

We have a lot of surprises for everyone!
We are so excited to see you!

And if you can't make it... no worries, you can watch it from your home, your computer, while you're on vacation! You can watch it pretty much anywhere on earth!

Celebrating 15 years TODAY!

15 years ago I started Utah Music Radio. (Formally known as Utah Musicians Radio)
15 years it grew from Utah Musicians to American Musicians Radio to Global Musicians Radio in a matter of 3 years. I organized and ran 42 country's and 48 states. I worked tirelessly 20 hour days for 7 years. I had a real solid team helping making that happen. They were incredible, and as alphas do... butt heads. But we made it work!

Then, in 2017 those hours caught up with me, and I was forced to slow down. I had to scale back. I ended up meeting a great friend who helped take over the global side and rebranding it to Our Music Hub, while I came back to my roots and kept playing Utah Music. THE MUSIC NEVER STOPPED contrary to popular belief.

I never gave up and continue to believe in our music community in all forms and genres! I have met some of the most incredible people doing local, national and international interviews. I absolutely love what I do!

Music is the language that can cross borders and even unite communities. Music can heal, music can recall good memories. Music can help you remember, music is therapeutic, music can take you on a journey or simply ground you in place! I have met so many of those masters and I have had the honor of listen to the pure raw soul searching sound emitting from these artists.

It is a true honor to be part of this Utah Music community and continue to play their music and support these people. You should too!

Thank you for continuing to support Utah Music Radio all these years!
