Have you heard a word concerning 2025? I have heard many from different ministers. All the same. Including what I have recieved. 2025 will come alive. A year of Restoration and rebuilding. Want the icing on the cake? I don’t believe in coincidences. There have been 3 songs to drop already this year. We all know the number 3 represents the Trinity. Other biblically representations are: Devine wholeness, completion and perfection. The number 3 also represents growth and reproduction. On the third day, Jesus resurrected. On the third day of creation according to Genesis, life was created. So the first month even the first couple weeks of 2025, 3 songs all similar in name dropped. Two of the song names are “God Did It” and the third is “God did.” With out a very spiritually mature heart, one can assume that 2025 will be the year that God Did It!!

“to the saints and faithful brethren in Christ which are at Colosse: Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.”
‭‭Colossians‬ ‭1‬:‭2‬ ‭KJV

When Paul wrote “to the saints and faithful brethren in Christ which are at Colosse” he is referring to us. The brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus. All of those who are born again.
“Grace be unto you” The word grace is used differently through out the New Testament. Here, grace is defined as God’s stored up help ready to be given to His people in times of need. “And peace” the tranquility of mind that frees the Christian from fear and anxiety. As Hebrew 11 starts many verses “by faith” it is by faith that we can be free from fear and anxiety with God’s stored up help for when we do need it. We can act on that faith to be free from fear and anxiety.

Jesus fed 5000, but only 500 followed Him after lunch.
He had 12 disciples, but only 3 went further in the Garden, and only 1 stood with Him at the cross.
The closer you get to the Cross, the smaller the crowd becomes.

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭18‬:‭6‬-‭7‬
“but whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble, it would be better for him to have a heavy millstone hung around his neck, and to be drowned in the depth of the sea. “Woe to the world because of its stumbling blocks! For it is inevitable that stumbling blocks come; but woe to that man through whom the stumbling block comes!”

Who is Jesus referring to as children?

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭18‬:‭3‬
“and said, “Truly I say to you, unless you are converted and become like children, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven.”

‭‭1 John‬ ‭3‬:‭1‬-‭2‬ ‭
“See how great a love the Father has bestowed on us, that we would be called children of God; and such we are. For this reason the world does not know us, because it did not know Him. Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not appeared as yet what we will be. We know that when He appears, we will be like Him, because we will see Him just as He is.”

Any born again believer is a child of God. We have an adoption into sonship by which we now call Him ABBA father. Only a father’s child will cry out “daddy, daddy.”

Judas betrayed Jesus but Jesus never preached a message about him, he never had a secret conversation about him, he never wasted valuable time addressing him to the other disciples. After Judas betrayed him, Jesus didn't write a book.
Jesus fulfilled His purpose, His assignment. May we understand the purpose of betrayal and pain; so that we don't waste time on revenge and ensure that we are not spending our lives miserable over what literally was sent to push us into the maturity of destiny!

Your mouth can block all that God has for you!

The greatest snare in the wilderness is murmuring and complaining- over your present situation, before you reach the place God has for you.

Remember, Instead of four, it took forty years for the Israelites to reach the promised land because they were found grumbling.

Sometimes, you are simply delaying God's promises to work in your life, because of your mouth.

The lord will unlock a door but He doesn’t always open it. Sometimes you have to drop what you’re holding onto to be able to open and walk through the door.

Elijah was a mighty man after God. A great prophet. God used Elijah to perform many miracles including resurrecting, calling fire down from heaven and defending the worship of God over Baal. What most fail to remember or don’t take an account, at one time, Elijah was busted, disgusted, discouraged and broken from the words of the enemy. He was looking for a way out. Wanted to give up. How many children of God, mighty men and women of God, are experiencing the later part? Discouraged and broken looking to give up. Elijah needed encouraged.

God moved on his behalf by speaking to him gently after sending wind, earthquake and fire. Jehovah captured his attention with the elements before encouraging him with His voice.
Elijah needed the direction of his focus to change towards God in order to hear from God and encouraged.

In John 14, Jesus is comforting His disciples. He starts out by saying “don’t let your hearts be troubled.” “In my father’s house are many mansion.” He goes on to say
that He will go and prepare a place for them. Thomas said to Jesus, they don’t know where He is going and how do we know the way? John 14:6 “Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.”

Jesus then brings light to the oneness with the Father.
John 14:7 “If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; from now on you know Him, and have seen Him.”

Jesus is saying He and the Father are one. Everything He says or does is because of the Father in Him. (John 14:11)

John 3:16 says that God gave His only begotten Son. Abba gave us Jesus but it was Jesus who chose to die on our behalf

(Mathew26:53) Jesus could have just snapped his finger and 72000 angels with swords drawn would have came to earth and wiped out everything that we know today. Jesus said no, I want to do this.

John 15:14 Jesus tells us if we are His friends, we would do what He commands and that is to love one another.

John 15:15 “No longer do I call you slaves, for the slave does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I have heard from My Father I have made known to you.”

Jesus said we are his friends. We have to love one another to be friends with one another.

Paul says Jesus died for us. He goes on to say that we are justified by His shed blood and we are reconciled.

Romans 5:8 “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”

John 15:13 “Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends.”

Jesus demonstrated the ultimate sacrifice to make atonement for His friends. I am free today at the price of my friend’s life.

What a friend we have in Jesus!

”If you lend to those from whom you expect to receive, what credit is that to you? Even sinners lend to sinners in order to receive back the same amount. But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return; and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High; for He Himself is kind to ungrateful and evil men.“

When someone says, “ after all I done for you..” they are revealing that what they did for you was not for you at all, but for their own need to control you. Their generosity was just a contract with hidden terms of compliance.

I want you to know He is not a God who quits halfway through a project. What He starts, He completes. That means you don’t get to just partway healed, you are guaranteed wholeness. That means when Peter said by His stripes you were healed, you are healed.

Confidence is trust, Paul says he has this confidence. He has trust. God never does anything halfway. Also important here is the word until. Which puts into perspective just when you are complete.
