A-1VirtualAssistant.com provides office support for startups, consultants and early-stage companies. We are always on the lookout for customer-focused people who can help us grow.
Multiple positions available.
People who have achieved success in this role have been from arts, sciences or business including communications, marketing, UX, customer service, journalism or teaching.
Work is on a part-time, contract basis. Compensation begins at $20/hr.
QUALIFICATIONS
This position is great for an aspiring customer service, market research or UX professional looking to work on business-critical projects and gain relevant work experience. We work with innovative startups, consultants and early-stage companies.
Self-starter
A well-organized team player with the ability to perform various tasks, act individually and think creatively.
Comfortable with computers and Instant Messaging
Familiarity with Google Docs and Zoom.
Detail-oriented, organized, follows up on time.
Customer-focused and empathetic
Curious about people, technologies and organizations.
Proactive, can-do, willing to learn attitude.
Flexible and comfortable with a faster pace. (We are a startup.)
Communicative and responsive.
Coachable and Reliable - Follows Through and Reports Progress.
Fluency in English.
Must have a university-degree and at least 2 years of work experience.
Reside in the US or Canada. (No Sponsorship available.)
Responsibilities
Conducts interviews, listens closely and is able to type notes.
No Sales.
No weekends. (unless you want to!)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Converts data and findings into understandable written English.
Conducts analysis of market research
Uses online market research and catalog its results in databases.
Remains fully-informed about market trends, 3rd-party research and implement best practices.
Develops and evaluates database research and web-based applications.
Presents and discusses results to leadership.
Collaborates with internal marketing, customer service and business partners to understand goals, priorities and needs.
Performs data analysis using necessary tools with guidance from experienced team members.
