Mill Creek View 2025: Building Bridges, Empowering Youth, Growing Community

As we reflect on 2024's successful rebuilding efforts, Mill Creek View is excited to share our vision for 2025. Under the leadership of Nicole, Judy, and Casey, we continue to honor Fred Fillbrooks legacy while evolving to meet our community's changing needs.

Our Youth Carrier Program: A Foundation for Future Success At the heart of our operation are over 20 young paper carriers who represent the next generation of community leaders. This program isn't just about delivering papers – it's about building character, responsibility, and work ethic. Our carriers gain valuable experience they can proudly showcase on college applications while learning essential life skills. 

Expanding Our Reach and Content in 2025 We're setting ambitious goals for the new year:

Growing to 16 pages with new dedicated sections including Home & Garden and Senior Living
Increasing our distribution to 20,000 homes
Enhancing our hard news coverage
Strengthening our position as a trusted community news source
Community Bridge-Building

Our mission extends beyond news delivery. We aim to be a true connector, bringing Mill Creek and surrounding communities closer together through comprehensive local coverage and community engagement.

Looking Ahead: Growth Opportunities To achieve these goals, we're seeking:
Technology upgrades, particularly a new laptop computer
Additional sponsors and advertisers
More subscribers
An intern to develop our digital presence
Community support through donations
Our vision for 2025 is to expand our reach throughout Snohomish County while maintaining our commitment to quality local journalism.

We believe in bringing people to Mill Creek and surrounding areas by showcasing the best our communities have to offer.
