Where did RISE UP come from:
I remember the first time as a child leaving the corn fields of Ohio and flying with my dad to a large convention center. I saw him work with other businesses. I watched how he built relationships. I learned quickly who was great to do business with. I knew my little feet had to keep up, there wasn’t time to sit on the sidelines. I remember flying home thinking this was the best thing I had ever experienced. After 30 years of traveling around the country & world, Learning, Watching, Hearing, my heart kept coming back to the corn fields where I am so blessed to call home. To the women who were in my backyard or down the road.
Could I create an environment in my own fields where together as women we could EMPOWER one another?
Thus Rise Up was created! Today we are looking for women - No matter the age, no matter the job, no matter the title, no matter the status. To redefine their PURPOSE so that each day, even when life is hard, they have the STRENGTH to get up and be BOLD (confident). They are not swayed by social media, because they know where their POWER, where their true energy comes from and where they need to go to refuel. They are content women, but not complacent, they are always willing to GROW each day. No matter how big or how small - their TRUE JOY, radiates from within leaving a sparkling trail... everywhere they go.
