A few years later after successfully completing a course in Evangelism she left FGDT to pursue the ministry God had awaiting her. Pamela JP Martin, was the founder of "Get the kids off the Street" a non profit organization in 1996 which was instrumental in getting teens off the street and back in school. With the assistance of Deacons and Ministers from Riverside Baptist church much success was earned; many teens quit drugs/gangs and returned to school. Pamela JP Martin was awarded for her efforts by community and the Prince George County Police Department. Pamela JP Martin, has traveled throughout the United States for years as a speaker at various conferences and other events, empowering both men and women. She can be heard monthly on blogtalk radio preaching and teaching spiritual nuggets for believers and bringing spiritual awareness to the body of Christ, to steadfastly exhibit a Godly character.
