Brrrr! Well that was cold! This past weekends Battle of the Bean 5k was sure an eye opener! Or an eye freezer depending on how you want to look at it! Most of the US is in the ice box right now, with more cold air on the way. Let's talk about cold weather running. I know, I know, but we have to cover it at least once a year. It's reverse psychology, because if we talk about it now, we won't need it for the rest of 2025. RIght? RIGHT!
