God literally made motherhood to be LOVE.

Thankful for these babies of mine. I’m so happy to be on this journey.

Also happy mini mommy day to the first born girls. Cause my oldest definitely thinks she’s their mama 🙃 lol.

Have you been trying to figure this out too?

Honestly I think a 9-Grid is a great idea, but you still need to have people constantly coming to your page to see that 9-Grid.

If used together with lives or posting to your stories, that could still cause people to come visit your page.

As mentioned, the downside is not showing up in the middle of people’s feeds.

I still prefer to pop up in your feed!

That way you can see more of me and my brand and grow to want to work with me more.

As a kid I didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do…

…but one vision remained thee same.

I always saw myself working and living in Manhattan, walking down a hall (DRESSED TO IMPRESS, heels clicking and clacking) to my big CEO corner office with glass windows. (Knowing I’m scared of heights!)

I know in my vision when I walked in that office people knew I was THE boss.

Not in a Miranda Priestley kinda way. But in a I knew my stuff kind of way and I was always on my P’s and Q’s.

Sometimes I still have that vision. But it’s a little different.

It’s not walking down a hall to a corner office. And I don’t so much envision NY anymore either.

Now it’s envisioning meeting clients in my own office. Having clients walk in and I go to greet them and welcome them into a space to get excited and inspires them.

I’m still the boss in that vision. I mean I’m the boss now.

But until I get my dream office, I’ll continue working with my dream clients and being the boss of their content.

Implementation is impactful!

But too many of you pay for social media strategy sessions and then don’t take action.

Just like gynecologists don’t care about the panties you’ve folded up and stuffed into your pants (same), I don’t care about those saves or anything else.

I’m not looking through your messages —although 9 times out of 10, I do stay signed into your account and of course get notifications for your DMs…unless your account is just super active in which case I log out.

I’m not looking through your saves and going “uh uh she’s weird” or “dang she has all these spicy messages!”

Do I chuckle when I see a little “inappropriate” flirty message come over (after a quick sec of being like who tf is sending me this because that’s not my husband)? Yes I do. (I also do a little ok girl I see you.)

But that’s it. Continue using your socials to your desire. I promise. I don’t see it. And if I do. Idc.

No super done up pics or matching pjs. Just real life.

The presents that got wrapped, but didn’t make it to the actual tree, my deflated whipped cream in my hot chocolate, and 2/3 of my littles (the little one and hubs were sitting next to me).

This has been a very Merry Christmas for sure. And these littles haven’t even seen their big gifts yet.

I’m seeing so many strategists give y’all the play by play on how to be more active on IG in 2024.

They’re saying post multiple times a day, share to your stories several times a day, and create 5+ reels per week.

I don’t have a problem with that. I’m actually doing those things (and have talked about doing this in a recent post called “Try this Instagram Growth Strategy”).

But I know for a fact the women I work with just don’t have the time to do that.

They’re hosting masterclasses, speaking at events, creating handmade products, working with their clients, and making time for themselves and their families.

For some of them, Instagram—and their other social media—gets pushed back to the back burner.

For others, they’re mostly pushing and promoting their events or services, but not able to establish the brand presence they want nor actually connect with their audience nor have the vibe they really want for their content.

I’m here to work with the women that don’t want to just be another regular degular on socials. Y’all don’t want to look like the other people in your industry.

My prayer lately is “Lord please help me to be a doer.

Help me to do the work. Help me to do what I said I was going to do. Help me to keep my commitments with ME. Help me to not get discouraged when there’s no quick reward.”

Usually I have a word for the new year. This time, I might have a whole prayer.
