Salmon Sushi Bake 🍣🔥
The easiest way to enjoy sushi flavors at home—creamy, spicy, and so good!
Ingredients:
• 4 cups cooked sushi rice
• 1 lb cooked, flaked salmon
• ½ cup cream cheese
• ½ cup Kewpie mayo
• 2 tbsp sriracha
• ½ cup eel sauce
• ¼ cup furikake
• 2 green onions, sliced
• Optional: seaweed, cucumber, avocado
Steps:
1️⃣ Bake salmon at 425°F for 20 min, then flake.
2️⃣ Mix salmon, cream cheese, mayo, & sriracha.
3️⃣ Layer rice in a dish, sprinkle furikake, then add the salmon mix.
4️⃣ Drizzle eel sauce, more mayo & sriracha.
5️⃣ Bake at 450°F for 10 min, broil for 3 min.
6️⃣ Top with green onions & enjoy with seaweed!
