This time in Lahore!
It is really important to equip our students with the critical thinking and practical skills demanded by the international market and society. We can actually make a difference in their lives by giving them a safe, creative and dignified environment. Sexual Harassment is one of the biggest issues that students are facing on campus.

I am particularly impressed with the efforts of National Academy of Higher Education (NAHE), HEC Pakistan - Higher Education Commission (HEC) - that they have included 'Gender Sensitivity' and 'Sexual Harassment' in the curriculum for three weeks National Faculty Development Program (NFDP) for newly inducted faculty of Public Sector HEIs of Pakistan.

One more step towards promoting pluralism and democracy. It's so good to see some organisations like HEC is serious about making the Educational Environment better.

Higher Education Commission - HEC, Pakistan - invited me to conducted Two awareness Sessions on 'Gender Sensitivity' and 'Sexual Harassment Law' for the participants of Pre-Service NFDP at HEC's Regional Office in Peshawar. The faculty will serve the public sector universities under the Interim Placement of Fresh PhDs (IPFP) programme.

The National Academy of Higher Education (NAHE) designed the Pre-Service NFDP as a pioneering initiative to prepare and certify recently graduated PhD holders for their teaching roles in higher education institutions. This pre-service training imparts critical techniques and skillset that will enhance their teaching practices in the future. The programme ensures a seamless transition from theoretical knowledge to practical implementation, with special emphasis on effective andragogical methods.
