XS, aka Jay Fatigate has been a staple in the Electronic Dance Music scene since 1987. Starting off in New York with Freestyle, Miami Bass, House, Hip Hop, and RnB. In 1991 he assisted a DJ in New York’s Palladium Night Club when he received his first techno record by artist L.A. Style, which wrote James Brown is Dead. In 1992 he moved to Daytona Beach, FL where he entered the “Florida Rave Scene.” He began to DJ for the Mad House @ Zonkers. As his talent spread on scene flyers and by word of mouth, he began to spin and work many bookings in Orlando, Gainesville, Tampa, Tallahassee, Miami, and Fort Lauderdale, at all major venues. In 1997 he was signed to “Go Off Productions” and played for major promotional companies such as Culture Productions, and FSOB. He retired for 20 years to raise a family in South Florida. As the pandemic hit, he began to create again. “I have Returned” was his comeback compilation, streaming now on SoundCloud. Currently he’s been booked by promoters such as FSOB, Sunshine State of Bass, 808 Life, Frajile Recordings, Theoryon, Culture, and more. His unique style of mixing will send you on a journey that you will definitely want more of!
