Two observations today.

1. 39% of Republicans are for an insurrectionsist.
My assumptions are that they are too.

2. I can no longer be a Jets fan unless they stop hiring useless has beens as QB.

So, my sister invited my mom and I to her new digs for dinner the other day. She was still unpacking some boxes when she came across a whole box of things from the early 90's. And lo and behold this little gem was found along with a bunch of other forgotten photos from when we were living sans "The Parents" at the house on STATENEYELAAAAAND after they moved to FL and before it was sold.

I borrowed 2 contact sheets from her and scanned them. Will get to editing more from them this week.

For now feast your eyes on the rarely seen "LONG HAIRED HIPPY PUNK". A rare species known to have existed during that brief time in musical history.

Norman Lear!!!!!!!

Mother Pus Bucket.....Shane now Norman.

Now there is only one. The trifecta of comic genius is slowly fading. Very, Very sad.

Since being laid up with my shoulder surgery I've been watching ALL IN THE FAMILY from the first season on and I still can't get over how so friggin far ahead of it's time it actually is. Some of the issues taken up on this series couldn't be more appropo for this century. Political corruption, race relations, womans rights, Rights for the aged, and believe it or not fears of computer/AI take over.

And most importantly - YOU DON'T F**K WITH EDITH!

It's a shame there's no one in that industry with even a 10th of the balls this man had to push this trough.

By far the greatest TV Writer/Producer we will ever see.

Thank you for helping me see how the world sometimes works and entertaining me for 50+ years.

R.I.P. Mr Lear......A true master of his art.
