When I looked around at all the screenplays, books, songs and poetry that had never seen the light of other's eyes, I realized there was a niche to be filled - finding and connecting with others in the same boat. As creators, we tend to undervalue our works. What a surprise it is to have a reader in a workshop give encouraging feedback, especially when they say, "You should publish this." But the
publishing game is changing fast. It took me a long time to find the format that best fits this changing field. I wanted a multimedia book where I could put YouTubes, songs, art work, graphs and other media. If I am writing a book about a character stuck in unawareness, a song or photo comes to mind. I want to add that, right there in that paragraph, so people can see and hear what I am seeing and hearing.
