Honey Soy Garlic Chicken Rice Bowl and Veggies 🍲

-Steamed white rice
-Grill chicken thighs, once grilled add minced garlic, tsp. Of Rice Vinegar, tsp. Of Garlic Chili, 5-6 tbsp of Soy Sauce, 1-2 tbsp of honey. Cook on low till sauce thickens up and chicken is coated in sauce.
-Sir Fry your favorite veggies.

Serve Rice, Veggies, and Chicken added some choped green onion and sesame seeds... enjoy!

This NY wagyu was amazing, didn't season this as I wanted the good beef flavor to come through, so just a quick sear on all sides and it was done. Let it rest for a few minutes and sliced I did sprinkle some coarse salt at this point and thats really all it needed.

Each bite was just perfect, full of flavor, tender, and juicy.

Ramen Bowl! 🍜
Used a and kicked it up a few notches. Started off by boiling water in a sauce pan, I then added some smoked bacon bits, the packaged spices, a couple of drops of sesame seed oil and some drops of soy sauce. After the broth was boiling I put my ramen in a bowl added the broth and covered the bowl with plastic wrap to let the ramen hydrate and absorb the broth. In the meantime I fried 1 egg and cut up some scallions. After my ramen was ready I added my fried egg, the bacon bits, my scallions and added a couple of drops of tapatio.
The bacon added some great flavor to the broth and the bits tasted amazing in the ramen, the egg was perfect and the ramen was soft a chewy.
This was perfect for a cold day and it definitely satisfied that ramen craving. Highly recommend not boiling your ramen instead boil your broth then add it to your ramen and let it hydrate, its well worth the wait.

This marinated skirt steak and korean style ribs made some tasty carne asada. Super flavorful and so tender. Inspired by my recent trip to Maui, Hawaii I give you the Maui Ribs 🍖🍍

These BBQ Pineapple Ribs were epic! The flavor I got on these was amazing , they were so juicy and super tender. I used a homemade BBQ sauce to really give these ribs a sweet and fruity pineapple flavor and the fried rice was on point.

Ribs: were seasoned with BBQ rub and smoked for about 6 hrs on the . I wrapped in foil about 3 hrs into the cook after my rub had set and a nice bark had formed. For my wrap I used butter, brown sugar, and some dole pineapple juice. While the ribs got tender in the wrap I made my sauce.

Pineapple BBQ Sauce: In a saucepan I put about a cup of ketchup, a cup of pineapple juice, about a tablespoon of molasses, half a cup of brown sugar, a tsp of salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. On low heat I mixed and let it come to a simmer until it reduced a bit and my sauce had the consistency I was looking for and the taste was amazing.

I finally unwrapped my ribs and brushed on some of my pineapple sauce I put it back on the grill for about another 15 minutes for the sauce to tack on in the meantime I made my fried rice and charred up some pineapple slices.

This was an awesome cook that I will definitely try again soon!

Chicharron en Chile Verde & Steak Huarache! These were truly amazing, if you've never had a huarache I would describe it as a sandal or oval shaped sope.

For the chicharron (pork rinds) en chile verde started off by making the salsa. Used about 8 medium green tomatillos boiled those till they were tender in the meantime I charred up some serrano chiles and some onion. Put the tomatillos in the blender with the serranos, onion, clove of garlic, cilantro, salt and pepper and blended. Then poured the salsa on to a skillet with a bit of oil where I then added the pork rinds till they were covered in the salsa and softened up a bit.

To build the huarache I started with my huarache shaped tortilla, added a bed of refried beans, on top went the chicharron, then I added some left over marinated steak, fresh cheese and sour cream, a little cilantro for some color and freshness.

These were so tasty and delicious!

Lemon Butter Grilled Shrimp Skewers with Sriracha Sauce. 🍋🦐😋

These shrimp skewers are absolutely amazing. They make great appetizers or make them the main dish by adding a side of rice.

How to make:
First you want to get your shrimp on the skewers. If you are using wood skewers make sure you soak them in water so they can take the heat and dont burn. Once your shrimp are ready season them with a bit of salt, pepper and paprika. For the lemon butter sauce in a small sauce pan I threw in some minced garlic, butter, and a squeeze of lemon juice. I grilled my shrimp skewers directly over the fire for about 1-2 min per side meanwhile I placed my saucepan on the grill to let the butter melt and get the garlic and lemon juice flavors blending together. As the Shrimp skewers are cooking you want to grab a brush and start brushing some of the lemon butter sauce on your shrimp. Once done I drizzled some Sriracha sauce sprinkled some fresh chopped parsley.

Definitely worth trying so delicious and so perfect for your next get together with friends.

When im on the go, a burrito is always the way to go. I made this one here with skirt steak, rice, beans, pico de gallo, cheese and salsa. All very coveniently wrapped in a giant flour tortilla.
Oh another thing I love my burritos well wrapped, hate when you take the first bite and falls apart on you so here is a tip. After you wrap your burrito put it back on the griddle on the side the tortilla ends when you wrap that way you will get a good seal on your burrito.

Seasoned up some leg quarters with some mexican style al pastor rub. Set my temp at 300° on the and cooked these till that skin was nice and crisp IT was at about 175° when i pulled these off.
