Now that I’m feeling stronger and more confident in my abilities I switched up my routine today. Went from high reps low weight to low reps higher weight and man oh man do I feel a difference. Not to mention 13 minutes x2 on the treadmill for a total of 26 minutes. Live will be on YouTube later if you missed it
