Hello March! 🌷 I welcome this month with a joyful heart! As I reflect on the journey so far this year, I feel grateful and excited for what's ahead. I've been diving deep into my new roles at Titan AI, embracing the learning curve and seeing everything come together for our upcoming launch.

This month holds a special place in my heart as it leads up to my birthday, motivating me to work harder toward my goals.

In 2024, my theme words are GAS - Growth, Alignment, and Self-care. I've been focusing on personal and professional growth, reading insightful books like "How Successful People Think" and "The Secret Thoughts of Successful Women." Aligning myself with the right relationships has brought me immense joy and fulfillment. However, in terms of self-care, I admit that I need to prioritize healthy eating and exercise more consistently.

What would you tell your younger self? I started my first business at age 25, Serenity Beauty Lounge. It was a full service beauty salon; nails, hair, facials, and massage services.

Looking back, I realize that starting my own business at the age of 25 was quite a feat! But then again, at that age, I had the determination and the courage to pursue my dreams without hesitation. The journey of getting the salon up and running was an extremely stressful period in my life. I had to deal with obtaining permits from the city, making the landlord comply with a $5k bill for fixing handicap rails, another $5k bill for a brand new AC and a long list of other tasks. It definitely caused many sleepless nights!

If I could go back and talk to my younger self, I would say, "Hey, you have so much to be proud of! Appreciate how far you've come, and never forget to trust the journey, maybe some wine and keep pushing forward! The beauty salon that my husband and I built was truly my happy place - a space of peace and serenity. It held so many cherished memories that I will always treasure. While I am grateful for the decision to sell the salon to my hair stylist and focus on raising my kids, I do wonder at times what would have been if I kept chasing my dream. However, I’m thankful for my journey, because of this, I was able to help another business owner to build a successful salon for the past 2.5 years from ground up.

I am now eager to embark on the next chapter of my life and focus on pursuing MY own dreams. There are so many exciting things in store, and I can't wait to see where this journey takes me. Stay tuned for updates, friend!

Never compare your growth and success to anybody else.

Why? Because you are not them, and you have your timeline and season of success.

Focus on your track! Comparing yourself to others will not help you achieve your success. It will only discourage and burn you out.

Instead, make it an inspiration to thrive more.
