Laughter is my rock, my best habit, and one commitment I’ve never failed to keep, even at my lowest moments. I make funnies in every mood, in every room, and sometimes out loud. I want to make you laugh, as long as you’re at least 6 feet away. I’ll probably bring up things “we just don’t talk about” and make them laughable, mostly because I am the only sucker willing to spill the marbles (and publicly). When you catch yourself laughing, you might actually resent me for it because maybe you’re afraid laughing is admission of guilt. Well, it’s not admission (it is) and no one is looking at you anyway. They’re busy laughsenting (that’s laughing and resenting put together), and probably think you’re looking at them. In the words my Dad would use to encourage me when I felt stifled: “f**k’em!” Sit back and laugh with me, or at me. Either is fine, I really can’t see the difference from 6 feet anyway.
