This one means a lot.

I directed this piece for Nisei - a Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant in SF - and it's also the first release under my new creative studio, Turquoise Creative.

With my DP Alex Ajayi ( )we wanted to capture what makes Nisei special without overexplaining - just letting the visuals speak: the movement, the stillness, the texture, the light. It's simple, but dialed in.

Swipe through the full 3-part film. Would love to hear what you think.

Yesterday's shoot for Nisei couldn't have gone better, getting to express my creativity on set again was an absolute joy. Also, I couldn't have asked for a better crew to make it happen.

Shoutout to Alex Ajayi for always being an incredible DP-our collaboration on creative camera movements and lighting setups was next level. Big thanks to Kmar for keeping everything smooth as AC and Eunice for crushing it as PA. And of course, much gratitude to Chef David Yoshimura, whose kindness and passion for his craft made this project even more special.

A huge thank you to Marcel for capturing these stunning BTS shots-seriously, these images are 🔥

It was really great getting to push my creativity again on set and is a reminder of why I was passionate about this industry in the first place

Still working on the edit but I wanted to share some screenshots from the bridal gown fashion shoot I did recently.

From a fashion shoot and I did recently where we wanted to do something more feminine with soft colors but I wanted to add some elements of confidence and power with a bit of playfulness. Also, I love pink.

I wanted to capture the genuine expressions from the models that day as we all had such an enjoyable time on set working together and I think it's important to have this convey through your creative work.

It's very crucial to have a plan for any shoot day but also it's really important to embrace and appreciate what's happening in the moment.

Thank you to the amazing models and

And of course Barbara for the creative collaboration and pre-production
