I started teaching acrylic painting classes at in the beginning of this year. It has been so much fun and so rewarding!

Blissful Seeds is a non-profit working to employ adults with developmental disabilities through their shop, classes and by education on business development.

After teaching acrylic classes for a few weeks I was asked if I knew how to do pottery, then began teaching a clay class each week as well.

I feel so blessed to have found this opportunity to share art with others again. The students are an absolute joy to teach and they have grown so much.

Happy Easter! 🐰

Happy to spend the day with the family enjoying tasty food and each other’s company!

This was the first Easter we’ve hosted at our house and I really enjoyed it. We made a ham, brown butter carrots, Asparagus and desserts.

The fam brought Easter favs like heavenly potatoes, deviled eggs, rolls, spring salad and pistachio salad. Leftovers for the week!

Cream Cheese Pickle Roll-Ups, the ultimate kids lunch or weekend snack!

It you’re week has been anything like mine, than it’s been rather full! I’m grateful for these busy days with my kids’ activities, work projects and building this blog. As I wrap up the work week, I wanted to bring you one of our favorite go-to quick meals that are perfect for kids (or adults) who love pickles!

1 tortilla
2 Tablespoons of Cream Cheese
1 Slice of Ham lunch Meat
5 SuckerPunch Dill Pickle Slices
1 Tablespoon of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

These cream cheese pickle roll-ups are the ultimate kids lunch idea! Our kids have always loved tortilla roll-ups and they love them even more now that I’ve added pickles.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!!
☘️ 🎩⭐️☘️
We love getting festive around the holidays. This year we’re making St. Patrick’s Day Shamrock Shake milkshakes! This Shamrock Shake is so easy to make and tastes is super yummy!

It’s a mint chocolate ice cream blended with milk and whipped cream into a delicious shake. The Mint Chocolate Kit Kat garnish is my fav addition to the shake because it also doubles as a spoon! The rainbow rim really brings in the fun and reminds me of all the rainbows we see at St. Patrick’s Day celebrations.
