For parents of special needs children, sending your child to sleep-away camp is a huge decision. Before signing their children up, many of these parents have never spent a night away from their child. In order to pull the trigger, parents need to know their child is going to be safe, experience growth, make friends and have fun. This project gives a voice to the children who Summit Camp serve, and confirms that the program will meet parents’ expectations time and time again.

In the early days of the COVID-19 crisis, Lamar University Athletics aimed to do one thing: Unite the community through a message of hope. This project is voiced by a baseball player whose season ended early because of the pandemic. It doesn’t leave any of the fifteen athletic programs out, and it involved the community in a way that encouraged people to rally around the Lamar University flag.
