First class of hip hop classes in Julian was a hit with a great turnout! Please consider supporting so we can keep this going. There are no dance studios within 45 minutes of Julian, so these classes are greatly need, especially for free! We are fundraising to pay the high school intern teachers for the next 6 months.

Your gracious donation will go directly to funding the next 6 months of free hip hop dance classes for Julian kids. The funds will pay two Ramona High School student paid interns and their gas. Free Thought Revolution is looking for artists and other talents in the Julian area who want to give back to the community by teaching free kids classes. We will soon be starting kids hip hop dance, digital art, literary art, flag football, a park activity and play meet up, and hip hop curriculum for high schoolers (dance, beat making, lyric writing, and djing). Dear Freethought family, friends, & revolutionaries, We share and wish blessed energy to you!

Freethought Revolution ended with some personal stones and a theatre production before the weight of not prioritizing our mental health became too much. This coincided with our becoming housing insecure (un-homed and climbing out), as well as a number of losses within our family. We have devoted the past year -n- ½ to getting fundamentally healthy; body, mind & spirit. In the process of that we discussed ways we could improve our vision, and the means we would best utilize to truly affect the communities and people most in need. We went from a broken dream in Creative Sols Ark, to the fantasy of Mamma’s Sanctuary, a community based on the principles of humanity. A collective safe space that would allow all us, all of us to breathe, revitalize, recharge, reconnect... remember who we are!

Mamma's Sanctuary, a wild fantasy by all accounts considering the world's climate -full duality encompassed- even more far fetched coming from an on pause for health reasons non-profit, and housing insecure directors.

Who we kidding; we have clearly lost all grasp on reality and are in full fledged crazy! Yes, yes, and yes!

But faith, crazy or not; will always lead you down the right path.

To you dear family, friends, and revolutionaries we would like to announce a small(GINORMOUS) step towards creating Mammas Sanctuary and Free Thought Revolution returning with a brand new song.

Thank you immeasurably to the County of San Diego’s Equity Impact Grant (EIG) program for granting Freethought Revolution $100,000 dollars to aid in our continued mission: creating bridges of humanity to grow community through conscious empathetic conversation and humanity inspired activism to strengthen all of those in our community; especially and most significantly the overlooked, unheard, & underserved. The appreciation is real, watch us wiggle something wondrous. Thank you, and bless

Is an amazing photographer who actually uses analog. Yeah, that means REAL FILM! We hope we will be able to build a dark room for those of you who want to learn.

She and Jasmine mutual aide are at every event we go to if it has to do with community, social action, or volunteering, especially for the Latinx and LGBTQ+ communities. They are really all about it.

Femme, Latina superheroes with social activism themes and representative of gender diversity. And had to get on en Español. If you don't know Spanish, then you better learn!

Asett is our nonprofit's President. She's a painter, drawer, and digital artist. She also taught middle school a d has a Master's degree in fine art.

Coming to the upcoming library classes and open studio time? She will be the mentor kicking things off until we get our own location.

Starting August 22nd, we will be at the Vista library on Mondays teaching Procreate on ipads, and having laptops with Adobe Creative Suite available for teens to use. Looking forward to possibly seeing some of my old Vista Magnet students!

We have finally gotten our hands on a copy of Parable of the Sower, graphic novel edition. This is just the beginning of our conscious, melanated, and LGBTQ+ library for Creative Sols Ark. We need to make sure our teens have exposure to the Godmother of Afrofuturism, Octavia Butler.

Where did we find it? At the best little bookstore in Logan Heights . Think you are woke? Maybe until you go there and see how much more real history and culture you need to know.
