The trick that some companies use and gives customers the bad end of the deal is to sell you their goods and then go out of business, but the company that supposedly buys out your contract is really the one that owned everything from the beginning, they just closed the doors on you so you have to go with what "the New" company offers.
If I would have owed money to them, they'd be on my tail trying to collect, but since I don't, I'm on my own.
Vision Solar was my installer (went out of business) and ION SOLAR bought my contract..I was able to monitor my system with Vision Solar but when I changed hands to ION SOLAR they wanted me to pay them $1,500.00 to use their APP.!!!!
LIke I said Vision Solar and ION SOLAR had to be ONE and the SAME.
If you must go SOLAR I hope you don't fall in the same trap.
ION SOLAR would not get any referrals from me, that's for sure.!!!
