I was a bit disappointed finding out that I’m pre-diabetic. I thought I had a pretty healthy relationship when it came to food. But my blood test results told me different. So I’m choosing to turn what was a disappointment into GOOD NEWS and spread awareness, to my community and those who are supporting my new journey to a better me. Thanks to for making sure I have all of my healthy meals for breakfast,lunch, and dinner. I can’t wait to try out all these new recipes.

So here’s to a life worth living, and staying healthy, because every healthy choice is a form of self-love.
