So for this yard, the owner haven't been seen since they replaced all the windows and doors. A stranger which is me had been keeping up with this lawn since no one else could do it. I had been doing it for free.

After speaking to one of the neighbor they said that the owner of this property haven't been seen in the last 6 months. The overgrowth was causing a lot of mice and snakes to linger around the area. I started the backyard first because that is where most of the complaint was happening. Since I live in south TEXAS the temperature was reaching around 100 to 106 degrees. As much as I want to finish all for this video I just couldn't. I did not want to pass out on someone else's yard. So next week on my day off I will tackle the front yard.

After speaking to one of the neighbor they said that they had bought this house about 3 months ago but had not a chance to move in yet and that caused this yard to grow tall and taller. So I told them that I'll take care of it because it's what I do.

HOME OWNER asked me "WHAT's THE CATCH" after I OFFERED a FREE YARD MAKEOVER

After I finished the last yard i did, I knocked on the house right next door and asked if I could mow their yard. Home owner was very skeptical about it because he thought there was a catch. But I told him its 100% free of no charge.

This homeowner left his home here in San Antonio because he is currently serving in military. I've noticed that it gotten overgrown to i did what i am good at. I took care of the lawn for absolutely nothing. Since he is serving my country i will give back by servicing his overgrown lawn for FREE

I saw this yard and I just had to knock. When nobody answered the door I went next door to ask if they knew the story on this property. And from what the neighbor said that the home owner passed a few years ago leaving this property un attended. So I gave it a FREE YARD MAKEOVER

When I saw this yard. I went and knock on multiple houses if they knew who owned it. But none answered their door, so I scheduled it to take care of it. When I started working on it, One of the neighbor came up to me and told me that the owner passed awhile back and no one had been keeping up with the lawn. He had been reporting it to the city but still no one came and cut it. Even though the owner had passed this property still got a ticket on the door. I took me 4 hours to clean this whole thing up. Backyard gate was lock so this is only for the front yard'

Every week as a drive by this yard keeps getting overgrown. So i finally told myself no one is going to cut it. So I did. In the process I almost broke my mower. Neighbor was very thankful I cleaned it, because they haven't seen the owner in quite some times.

This is the backyard part of this FREE Yard make over. Last video I did the front. This time its the back part. I spoke to some of the neighbors and they told me there had beed squatters going in and out of this place. Cops had to be called and they chased them down the alley. They were thankfull I cleaned this up to help watch the property easier.
