The best part of LoreFell is the amount of customization for your character. With 36 lineages, 36 origins, 36 motivations, 27 weapons, 30 weapon infusions, 162 abilities, 27 armor effects, 18 armor augmentations, 18 lorebound, 12 lorebound aspects, 100 talents, 25 fellcraft vocations, and 50 utilities... there are unlimited combinations for your Fell.

With each LoreFell official world you traverse you will also come across a variety of remnants, ancient artifacts that empower your Fell in and out of battle. Each world also has a custom magic system, enabling you to brand that system onto your soul as you travel from world to world. This adds to your power set, changing your dynamic prowess in battle as you tell your story.

The Lore
The Fell are a group of peoples from various lineages who were tasked as the keepers and defenders of ancient knowledge across the realms. They guarded the innocent in these realms from the darkness and destruction of their enemies, the Shattered, and their hidden and unknown master, Discordant.

However, long before your adventures begin, the Fell were destroyed to banish and seal away that great evil, sacrificing themselves to fulfill their oaths. This created the Skyvault, a powerful prison that locked away the darkness through the very power the Fell had cultivated. That power and knowledge was lost to time.

All that remains is the LoreMaster, a singular Fell who keeps what knowledge he can. He remained in hiding until the time was right, and now summons new Fell to return to the realms and protect their peoples. For the Shattered have returned, and with them their master.

The Fell are the characters you create. They come from many realms with various bodies and personalities, lives and occupations. In being summoned as a Fell, the mark that forges itself into their chest and palms wipe away all past history and infuses them with a deep desire to protect the innocent as they hold onto their origins in an unfamiliar and chaotic world.

Weapon and Armor Customization
- The game's imprinting system stands out as a signature feature, allowing players to continuously evolve and improve their weapons and armor as they gain loot. The versatile adaptation of weapons and armor offers a high degree of personalization for character growth and specialization.

Afflictions
- Weapon and enemy afflictions adds tactical depth to combat encounters. Players can afflict their enemies or suffer various debuffs providing strategic opportunities and challenges.

Talent Mastery through Skill Advancement
- As Fell progress in their adventures they can master their skills, unlocking powerful Talents that further specialize their abilities, making each character a unique force in the world.

Luck and Consequences

I am an avid player of role playing games, always have been. I’ve played since I was 8 years old as a player and have run games as a game master for over 20 years. I am proud to admit I’m addicted to role playing.

When the latest edition of my favorite game came out, I was stoked! My brother, wife, myself, and friends played throughout the years, trying every kind of character, every class combination, every race both standard and homebrew, every magic item, every module... everything!

It came to a point where it became a rote script: “You guys make some form of the characters again, try to be creative. I’ll try to come up with something new for the story. Good luck!”

After years of doing this, my brother comes up to my, frustrated, and says, “I wish this game wasn’t so boxed in!” I asked him what he meant. “The classes, the races, the rules- they box you in as a player. Its boring. I can’t come up with anything new.”

First world problems, am I right? So that’s when we came up with LoreFell. We sat down and started brainstorming. At first it was just a fun conversation, then it became an obsession. After 3 months, we were hooked and started our first playtest session.

It went wonderfully and terribly. So many things wrong, yet so many things right. We adjusted and forged on. We changed groups. After a year, we were nearly there. Then we went through more iterations. And now we have it- LoreFell.

What is LoreFell, you might ask? Well, the long and straight of it is that it is a table top role playing game like any other. What makes it different? I’ll leave you to discover that for yourself. Take a deep breath, discover the lore, and roll for luck. May your adventures be immersively grand, and never a shade of dull.
